Week 2

Meeting With Supervisor

 In week 2, the blog is being updated for the second week and the editing is being done. We also meet Sir Izwan Arief Bin Abd Malik at his office at Electrical Section to discuss about our group FYP project. We discuss about :

•  To make a decision of what project to choose for FYP.
•  To study about the project that we choose in term of functionality and application of the project.
•  To learn how to choose the project that match with the cource of study

Content/Procedure :

•  Understanding the description of the project that we choose in magazine
•  Analyze the component to use in the circuit and the calculate the value of every component
•  Make a decision of choosen project

Result and analysis :

• Title of the project has been selected.
• Now we can start to study about the project that we have choose.
• We have choose the project “Water Level Detector “ as our project title.
• The reason I choose this project because it is significant to be implement in current industry

Conclusion :

• For conclusion, we are able to understand the project that I had been select .Then, by choosing this project, we can improve our skills to develop this project . After this,I need to plan in order to design and produce my project to be better.

Week 1

FYP briefing


For the first week, all student Diploma and Degree have the meeting at Gemilang Hall, Unikl BMI. Then, madam Noor Azlina (Electrical Section) as the FYP committee give briefing and guidance for all student final year project step by step and how to manage and develop the project for the future.Why we need to make Final Year Project because as the student engineering, we need to learn and got experience to develop project. From this situation, we got show some skill to make project. Before apply final year project, we need to apply subject Engineering Design that to learn and got experience about step and skills to make the project. So, we need a supervisor to assist in making the project in the final year project. From the briefing FYP, we also must see and meeting with our supervisor to solve problem what we can't understanding about the project. Then, about scheme of work FYP, she also told us that must be submit before on a due date meanwhile the Engineering Day will be held in week 14 . In Engineering day, we need to prepare presentation about the project that we choose.
