Week 14

Final destination..

Ouh..finally..what i want to say, this is last week for all project FYP student . In the name of Allah most gracious and most merciful, alhamdulillah..the final year project (FYP) is done and successful. I'm so very happy after done and complete my group project.

Firstly, i want to thank to my supervisor, Sir Izwan Arief Bin Abd Malik that also give a lot help, opinions, courage, ideas, encouragement and others for our Final Year Projects. In addition, thank a lot to my partner that help to complete this project. So, the exhibition day start during 9.00 a.m until 1.00 p.m. What we can see, the location exhibition for diploma students around administration department building. At the same time, for degree students will be placed at Gemilang Hall. As we know, during presentation for our project we have 2 assessors that will access our fyp project. After that, they will announce the top 20 and the winner for the best FYP project. Finally, this is picture that we catch during exhibition day with my partner and also my friends.

Week 13

Talk To My Hand ..

In this week, we have final briefing for industrial training. So, the coordinator briefing for our industrial training is Sir Azmi Tajuddin that give more explaination about the highlight dates, submission dates,submission reply form, letter form and resume. At the same time, he also tell us about what to do during industrial training.

So, in this week, i and my partner prepare and make the design FYP poster with the size of A1. The design for our FYP poster need to be placed at our booth during the Exhibition day. The content of our FYP poster, must follow the guideline that given and make a more details information such as introduction, abstract, objective, methodology, results, reference, conclusion and others important information. Then, make sure the project is done and succeed with understand all the circuit operation and each components that being used for our project.

Week 12


The mission is complete .


In this week, our project is almost complete after make renovation my project. So, this is model for our project "Water Level detector" .

This project is easy and simple with the model prototype that we create and our project is ready to make presentation to our assessors. Then, from the presentation, we can explain more detail about our project from advantage and disadvantage, and lastly they can easy to understand the scope of our project.

What we can see, we used two circuit to make sure detect and make connection of our project


So, this is result for our project after we make long term to complete

Week 11

Prepare mission..

This week, i and my partner going to the briefing at TTL 1 around 4.30 p.m to 5.30 p.m. From the briefing, we has told to what should we do and make planning around week 14 until week 17. The information that we got is we can claim the money for FYP project which total maximum is RM 300 per student by term and condition.

At the same time, we meet our supervisor discuss about our project if functioning or not. We also have two circuit after make renovation and refer to him. So, we have the new simple circuit that already we make troubleshoot the problem.


The mission is complete after we renew the circuit and make troubleshoot the problem.


Here, this is my partner alif that my twins. We take picture together with my supervisor.


Haa...this is my friends that also have same supervisor. We are young with the good smile..hehe.. wow ! :D

Week 10

Troubleshoot circuit


In this week, what we plan is to check troubleshoot the circuit. But, at the same time, we decide to prepare fyp report. In the report, we need to follow the guidelines that can refer to website fyp.bmi.unikl.edu.my.

Objective :
> Carry out an inspection on a circuit if there is short circuit
> Look at assembly of each component with polarity
> Check the current circuit from input to output circuit

Content / Procedure :
> Do troubleshoot using a multimeter
> When do troubleshoot must refer to schematic diagram
> Referring technician for help

Result and Analysis :
> Problem can be detected
> Troubleshoot very important in the project because every problem that occur can be detected

 So, after we solder the component, we check and analyze that it's have a problem at the circuit. In our operation project, "when water bridges the tracks, base current flows and switch on the transistor, sounding the alarm." But our problem is when we connect the battery at the circuit, its sounding and led is lights up before the probes touches the water. So, our solution is to create a new simple circuit which follow the concept project when detect the water, the led will be lights up and sound the alarm. 

So, this is circuit that we doing to troubleshoot the problem of circuit to detect and solve it.

This is new circuit that we make renovation to solve the circuit problem 



Conclusion :
> After finish the troubleshoot at our project, we can solve the problem on a circuit and we are also able to detect every problem in the circuit.

Week 9


Make installation component on the PCB board.

In week 9, I and my partner alif make the assembly and installation component on the PCB board.

The objective is to know how to put a component that has a polarity. We also need to know the result to be obtained and know how to install component on the PCB board.

Content/Procedure:
-  Make sure the component is in the proper place.
-  Component soldering as appropriate as there is some component that cannot be soldered too long.
-  Provide sufficient equipment prior to installation component on the PCB board.
-  Refer to the technician if there is a problem.

Results and analysis
- The circuit is done with soldering
- Can see the result if the circuit function

Conclusion
-  Here we can learn how to install component on the PCB board, especially if there is polarity. We can also learn techniques for soldering in the right way. Furthermore, we can get the result of the function circuitry and analysis.

week 8

Drilling process

In week 8, what we plan in this week is doing drilling process at UV board. This is equipment that we used to make drilling process. It look easy to doing this but when drilling and make testing, it really hard because we need to be careful and focus to control and drilling at board. So, this process maybe take the time in 30 minutes to complete this process. My project is simple and easy to make and we can see the result. We also very grateful because the first time we make it not complete but we try the second time and my project is complete. Thanks to my partner because doing together to complete the project, we also never give up.
